SCHENECTADY- Kathleen "Joann" King, 70, died Wednesday morning, September 1, 2010, at Ellis Hospital. Joann was born on July 31, 1940, the daughter of the late John and Angelina Termini Mulrooney. She was educated in New York City. Joann relocated to the Capital District in December of 1983, and has since been a longtime area resident. Survivors include her husband, Michael L. King, Sr., whom she married in 1985; children, Kathleen, Bernadette, Alvin, Tara, and June; brothers, Victor and Thomas Piedescalzo; several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service Saturday at 10:30 A.M. from the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan Street, Schenectady, then to St. Luke's Church, State Street, where a Mass will be celebrated at 11 A. M. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Colonie. Calling hours to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be held Friday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Daly Funeral Home.
