Obituary of Patricia LeGere

Patricia Donadio LeGere, 70, of Maple Ave., died Tuesday, August 30, 2011, at home after a long illness. Patti was born in Schenectady, the daughter of Joseph and Helen Donadio. She will always be remembered as giving and supportive, a woman ahead of her time as a business woman. At one time she worked at General Electric, later owning the Head Hunter Coffiers and the Head Hunter Lounge. Patti is survived by two sons, Christopher and Keith LeGere; a sister, Lorraine Sienka; her former spouse, Edward LeGere; special cousins, Patty Benedict, Marietta Guerra, Ann Donadio, Mary Poulin and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her son, Steven LeGere. Funeral service Monday at 12 noon at the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A calling hour will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protection Foundation, 53 Maple Ave., Scotia, NY 12302.
