I was saddened on hearing that Bill McCann has passed away. He has left all of us a great legacy and I am proud and pleased to have had the opportunity to work with him especially with his efforts on the New York State Council on Health Care Financing. He was a special talent, a good and loyal friend, who I will miss. My sincerest condolences to Bill’s wife Lillian and his entire family. Tarky Lombardi, Jr.
