Cora McKee, 95, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 30, 2011. She was born in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late Carl and Ruth Humphrey and lived most of her life in Schenectady. For most of Cora's life she worked in retail before retiring to enjoy family. She is survived by her sons, Charles H. McKee, Jr. and Gary L. (Jackie) McKee; daughter-in-law, Mary McKee; and her grandchildren, the Rev. Jay McKee, Scott McKee, Christopher (Pamela) McKee, Michael McKee, Mark (Sarah) McKee, Meredith (Matthew) Flynn, Michelle McKee, and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles H. McKee, Sr.; son, Bradford McKee, and grandson, Daniel McKee. Funeral services will be private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Glendale Nursing Home, 59 Hetcheltown Rd., Glenville, NY 12302 or Community Hospice of Schenectady, 1411 Union St., Schenectady, NY 12308.
