Gary F. Prout, 74, of Schenectady, NY, died September 4, 2011, after a long illness. Gary, son of the late John B. and Evelyn O'Brien Prout, was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Grant. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 16 at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a prayer service and reminiscing at 1 p.m. Interment, Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery at 3 p.m., with honors.
