Gene A. DeLorenzo Ransom, 67, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2010. She was born on October 29, 1942. She was predeceased by her father, Robert J. DeLorenzo; her husband, David L. Ransom; her brother, Robert J. DeLorenzo. She is lovingly survived by her mother, June C. Sandora DeLorenzo of Schenectady; a brother, Joseph J. DeLorenzo, II (Kelly) of Scotia; a sister-in-law, Margaret DeLorenzo; a daughter, Shelley L. Ransom Esposito (John); son, David L. Ransom, II; and grandsons, Anthony and Nicholas Esposito and David L. Ransom, III; as well as many nieces and nephews. We will miss her dearly. Funeral service, Tuesday morning, 11 o'clock at the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 at the funeral home. Interment, Viewland Cemetery, Rotterdam.
