Obituary of Joan Sabin

Schenectady - Joan Sabin, 79, formerly of Steinmetz Home, died Monday, December 10, 2012, at the Glendale Nursing Home. Joan was born in New Jersey, the daughter of Harold and Della Wright. She moved to Schenectady as a child and was a graduate of Schenectady Schools. Through the years she had worked at the General Electric Co., for New Yrok State, and Albany Medical Center. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Luz) Sabin of Jacksonville, NC; four grandsons, Christopher, Joshua, Michael, and Gabriel Sabin; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Patrick Sabin. Funeral private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady.
