Obituary of Paul Sartoris

Paul A. Sartoris, 76, of Schenectady, went home to God on Thursday, March 25, 2010, at Fairview Commons in Great Barrington, MA. Paul was born in Schenectady on January 31, 1934 to J. Vincent and M. Lillian (Charette) Sartoris. He graduated from Saint Columba's School and Albany Business School. Paul loved music and enjoyed many hours of entertainment over the years. He is survived by a sister, Janet (Robert) Hoehn of Enfield, CT; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, who throughout Paul's life enjoyed his wonderful artistic abilities. He was predeceased by a brother, John V. Sartoris, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady, prior to a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. to be celebrated at St. Luke's Church. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care in the Berkshires, Inc., 877 South Street, Suite 4 East, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
