Steven Buchanan Shaw, born on March 23, 1908, died at the age 103 on April 11, 2011. Steven was born in Putnam, NY and was a resident of Niskayuna since 1940. He was predeceased by his wife of 73 years, Rhea Ellen Jandreau. He is survived by a daughter, Marylee Raspante and her husband, Joseph Raspante; as well as a granddaughter, Cheryl Phillips; great-grandchildren, Justin and Deanna Phillips and great-great-grandchildren, Tanya Cauley and Rain Phillips. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Schenectady. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society . Arrangements by the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady.
