Obituary of Helen Stock

Helen E. Stock, 91, of Chepstow Rd., died Friday, January 15, 2010, at Ellis Hospital, after a short illness. Mrs. Stock was born in West New York, NJ, was raised and educated in Ulster County and lived for many years in Rotterdam. She was a longtime member of the Carmen Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and a past member of the Home Bureau. Helen was married to William "Wally" Stock, they were married 58 years at the time of his death in 2005. She was also predeceased by a great-grandson, Dylan Mayo. She is survived by two children, Barbara (Earl) Kehoe of Halfmoon and Richard (Wendy) Stock of E. Berne; four siblings, Mary (Vincent) Burr of Sarasota, FL, Harold (Cal) Weigele of Ft. Pierce, FL, Richard Weigele of Sarasota and John Wiegele of Albuquerque, NM; proud "Meme" of seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service on Tuesday at 12 noon at the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. Calling hours Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
