To Carol, Ruth and Greg and all your family, I am deeply sadened to hear of Rai's death and or collective loss of one so passionate about standing for and speaking on behalf of that which Christ himself most valued - people with needs; those closest to us as well as those wherever they are found. I count myself as one to whom Rai offered his pastoral gifts and I celebrate his life and legacy. Peace to his memory.
