Regina Goscinski Waugh, 91, of Glenville, died Feb. 22, 2012 at the Guilderland Center Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Roman and Mary Gosinski and widow of Robert C. Waugh. She is survived by a sister, Jessie Bucci and several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service and burial will be held at Memory Gardens.
