Ruth Werres, 97, formerly of Nott St., passed away peacefully Saturday, October 29, 2011, at Mount Loretto Nursing Home. Born in Niskayuna, Ruth was a lifelong area resident. She is survived by a son, Douglas Werres of Niskayuna. Funeral service this afternoon, 2 o'clock at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St. A calling hour will precede the service from 1 to 2 p.m. Interment Vale Cemetery, Schenectady.
