Germany - Meta Priess, formerly of Schenectady, died March 18 at age 87. She was predeceased y her husband, Gustav, in 1983. She was survived by three step-children, Renate (Arthur) O'Brien, Anjelika Fletcher, Michael (Donna) Priess and their children, Christine, Robert, Charles, Jr., Michele (Paul), Steven (Janice) and Laurie; five great-grandchildren; also two brothers and several nieces and nephews in Germany. Funeral service will be private, at the convenience of the family.
