Obituary of Rosemarie Bord

Rosemarie Bord, age 84, passed away Tuesday morning, January 18, 2011, at Baptist Health and Rehabilitation Center. She is survived by her longtime dear friend, Chester J. Mucha of Schenectady. Rosemarie was born in Syracuse, NY on January 27, 1926, the daughter of the late Thomas and Rose Nardella Bord. She received her education in Syracuse, prior to relocating to Schenectady. For most of her life, Rosemarie worked as a personal housekeeper until her retirement in 1995. She was a communicant of downtown Schenectady's St. Joseph's Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, State and Lafayette Streets. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens, Colonie. Calling hours, to which relatives and friends are invited, will be held Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan Street.
