Obituary of Claudia Barrett

Schenectady - Claudia J. Barrett, 68, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2013. Claudia was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Edward and Constance (DeCelli) Cramer, Jr. She graduated from Linton High School with the class of 1964. As a young woman, she moved to California where she worked as a waitress for many years and also as an assistant baker. Upon her return to Schenectady, she worked as a motel maid at an area motel. Claudia had a great love of animals and was very generous to the ASPCA. She was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Marion Cramer; and her husband, William Barrett. She is survived by several cousins. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady.
