Obituary of Clementine Bottieri

Schenectady - Clementine Tina F. Bottieri, 96, of Schenectady, died Monday, July 8, 2013, at home. Tina was born in Schenectady, the daughter of Henry and Emely Bottieri. She was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. She had worked at the General Electric Co. before owning Tina's Beauty Shop, she later worked for the New York State Department of Criminal Justice, retiring many years ago. She had been a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. She will always be remembered for always enjoying a good party, celebrating with family and friends and traveling. She is survived by a sister and brother, Carmela Murphy and Enrico (Georgette) Bottieri; brother-in-law, Martin Karandy; sister-in-law, Lea Bottieri; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings, William (Leonilda) Bottieri, Emely Karandy, Albert Bottieri, Mario (Florence) Bottieri, Louis (Eveyln) Bottieri; in-laws, Leonilda Bottieri and John Murphy. Funeral service Saturday morning, 9:15 from the Daly Funeral Home Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady and 10 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. A calling hour will be held from 8:15 to 9:15 at the funeral home. Interment, St. Cyril's Cemetery, Rotterdam.
