Rotterdam - Vincent R. Schworm, 79, of Rotterdam passed away peacefully at the Baptist Health Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Born in Schenectady, he was a machine repairman for the General Electric Company for many years before retiring. Vincent is survived by a son, Christopher Schworm of Virginia, and his dear friend and companion, Elinor Squires of Rotterdam. Funeral services private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements by the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St.
