Paul G. Bradshaw, 61, passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, February 24, 2010, at Ellis Hospital McClellan Campus. Paul was born in Niskayuna on February 10, 1949, a son of the late Alton and Michelena Bradshaw. He was educated in Rotterdam and was a graduate of the Schalmont High School, class of 1967. Paul then worked for General Electric as a welder for two years before entering the United States Navy. From 1969 to 1971 he faithfully served in the Vietnam War. For many years, Paul was self-employed as a mason, serving the Capital District area. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3610. Survivors include his daughter, Mandy; longtime companion, Marsha Davis of Schenectady; siblings, Thomas R. (Patricia) Bradshaw of Rotterdam, Lorraine M. Sturges of Burnt Hills, Romona S. (Sidney) Decker of San Antonio, TX, Curtis S. Bradshaw, Brian J. Bradshaw, both of Princetown, Joan E. (Karl) Chiwiwi of Albuquerque, NM, and Alton M. (Jessica) Bradshaw of Phoenix, AZ; and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours Saturday afternoon from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Daly Funeral Home. Interment will be in the spring at the Saratoga National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA or to a charity of one's choice
