Jose Michael Torres passed away tragically Friday, August 30, 2013. Born in Manhattan, Jose was a great outgoing person who was loved by everyone. He will be missed greatly and will never be forgotten. He is survived by his wife, Jasmine Torres; two daughters, Jayla Torres and Makayla Torres; two sons, Quazay Torres and Jasier Torres; his mother, Carmen Ana Torres; two brothers, Hector Gomez and Luis Gomez; grandmother, Esther Acosta; and five nieces and two nephews. He also leaves behind his beautiful dog named Chronic. Funeral service, Wednesday, 4 p.m. at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan Street. Calling hours will precede the service from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be private.
