Ballston Lake - Elizabeth (Beth) Pudney of Ballston Lake, died on September 14 following a long battle with a rare neurological disease, Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Born in Colonie, NY, she was the oldest of the four children of Frances and David Kirkpatrick. She lived all her life in the local area. Beth's great love was music, and especially classical music. She was an accomplished artist on both the violin and the viola and played in local orchestras. She especially enjoyed her regular classical string quartets. Over the years, Beth's work included waitressing, teaching dance, truck driving, chair caning and handling custom seamstress projects. Her other passions had her raising canaries and finches, gardening, baking, crocheting, and spending time with her family. Beth is survived by her husband Jack, whom she married in 1992; her two sons, Jim Larrabee of East Worcester, NY and Glenn (Suzie) Larrabee of East Berne, NY; her sister, Sharon (Larry) Hoffman of S. Natick, MA; and her brother, David Kirkpatrick of Albany; and 11 grandchildren.
