Schenectady - Angeline Terrenzio, 98, formerly of Schenectady, died Thursday, September 26, 2013, at St. Mary's Hospital, Troy. Angeline was born and educated in Ft. Hunter and resided most of her life in Schenectady. She had worked for The Carl Co., retiring as the drapery manager after many years of service with the company. Angeline was a dedicated and active communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, a member of the Women's Society and the Mt. Carmel Seniors, and through the years, was an active member of the Abruzzi Society. She was married to Damiano Terrenzio; he died in 1963. Angeline is survived by two children, Lucille (James) Saxby of Troy and David (Mary Lou) Terrenzio of Niskayuna; a sister, Antoinette Jones of Fonda; seven grandchildren, Mark and Robert Saxby, Carolyn, Keith and Gary Leece and Nicole Broone and Katie Martin; and 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Julia Leece and siblings, Anthony Pompillo, Frances Greco, Louis and Ralph Romano. Funeral service Monday morning 10:15 from the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady and 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours Monday morning 9:30 to 10:15 at the funeral home. Interment St. John's Cemetery, Schenectady. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 1255 Pleasant St., Schenectady, NY 12303.
