We were deeply saddened to hear of Bills passing, please know that we are keeping all of the Waters family in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. We will miss his wonderful sense of humor and will always remember his response to our inquiry as to how he was doing when we would run in to him and he would roar " none of your d&@$m business" and after a minute shoot us a sneaky smile. Bill was one of a kind, we will miss him. God speed.
