Obituary of Kasey Gardner

Glenville - Kasey Elizabeth Gardner suddenly departed from this world on January 19, 2014. She was born on November 26, 1997 at West Point, NY. Kasey lived in Glenville and was a 10th grader at Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School. She was an explorer at Alplaus Fire Department. Kasey enjoyed volunteering and participating in various community and fire department activities, as well as events with the 109th Airlift Wing. She was a beautiful person and a joy to everyone's life that she touched. She is survived by her parents, Adam J. Gardner, Glenville, NY and Deborah T. Gardner, Scotia, NY. Her beloved brother, Jesse D. Gardner. Grandparents, Doris Gardner, Niskayuna, Richard Gardner, Lyon Mountain, NY and Jesse Nolley Salley, Lutherville, MD and many extended family members. She will be dearly missed by all as she begins her next journey. Calling hours to recognize her life will be at Daly Funeral Home in Schenectady, 242 McClellan St., 3 to 7 p.m., Friday, January 24, 2014. Funeral Service, Saturday, private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be private.
