Deeply sorry for your loss. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. Losing a love one is a loss beyond compare, but we can try to look forward to much better times when 'no resident will say I am sick' but death will be done away with (Isaiah 33:24, 25:8).

I want to express my sympathy to Roger's family. I have only known him from Stewart's since 2005. He was a very hard worker and was dedicated to his job. His customer service skills were an example to follow by many. He was efficient, helpful and courteous.I have seen him in several stores over the years, Nott Terrace, Brandywine Ave, Erie Blvd and also on Chrisler Ave. I had just seen him about 2 weeks ago on Nott Terrace. He will be missed not only from his family and friends, but from his customers. RIP Roger.....

Roger John, my most prominent memory of our time together was when I was little and you were a teenager. It's been aaaaages, just as we said when we met again last month. But I still remember how you and Peter would get together and play Star Fox in the upstairs bedroom of Roger and Lori's old house. You would never let me play. I get it: I was annoying. But when you DID let me play, I sucked so bad. I still suck at video games. :) Your passing is a shock to me and I send nothing but love and prayers to our family. It was so nice to see you last month. Maybe we will get the change to meet again in heaven. Let's catch up then.
With Love,
your cousin Rebecca

I wish to express my deepest sympathies to Roger's family. I was in Roger's class at Shen. I didn't know him well then but we connected during the planning of our 20th reunion. He was very excited about it, and offered to help the planning committee with the advertising of the event. He gathered photos and created a video to be shared on facebook to create interest and excitement about the reunion. During this time he learned that one of our classmates was sick with cancer and though he didn't know Paul well, he created a video about him and a benefit for him which he also shared online. It was clear that Roger was happy to share his time and talents with others. Roger was very excited about our reunion and I'm sorry that he'll miss it. Rest in peace, Roger.

So saddened to learn of Rogers passing today. As customers of Stewarts we had the pleasure of seeing Roger frequently, always a hard worker and a polite young man. Our hearts go out to his family, friends and coworkers. RIP Roger, you will be missed : (

To Roger's Family and friends... I am deeply saddened to learn of Roger's passing. I knew him from patronizing Stewart's, both on Erie Blvd. and on Nott Terrace. Roger was always the busiest guy in the store, never letting time slip away, completing his work tasks, but always taking care of the customers, too. His enthusiasm for his work will be missed, as will his dry sense of humor that never failed to bring a smile. Rest easy, Roger, and enjoy your eternal rewards.
