Obituary of Doris Adair

Schenectady - Doris Mary Adair, 83, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014. Doris was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Harold and Bertha Campbell and was a lifelong resident. She was loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing her and will be deeply missed. Doris was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She is survived by her children, Garry, Gene, Tom, Brad, Diane and Beth; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Burton O. Madison. A memorial service will be held Friday, 6:30 p.m. at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A visitation period will precede the service from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
