I was saddened to hear that Ed has passed away. He and I have known each other since grade school and in all that time I've never known him to utter a negative word about anyone. Whenever I saw him on the street he always took the time to stop and say hello and ask how I was doing. The world has lost a truly kind person. I would like to extend my condolences to Ed's family and all those, like myself, lucky enough to call Ed a friend.
