Halfmoon - Betty Parker 87, formerly of Schenectady, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, after a short illness. Born in Schenectady, Betty was a secretary for Verizon for many years before retiring. She is survived by a sister, Joan Parker of Halfmoon and several cousins.
Funeral service Wednesday morning 9 a.m. at St. Mary's Church (Crescent) where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment St. Josephs Cemetery, Schenectady. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements by Daly Funeral Home,Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady.
