Obituary of Frances Caperonis

Manhattan - Frances Caperonis, 94, passed away peacefully at New York Presbyterian Hospital on Thursday, March 26 2015. Born in Saratoga Springs to Steve and Panagiota Caperonis, Frances was a graduate of Syracuse University who spoke fluent Russian and traveled to Russia.
Aunt Fran was an avid golfer, enjoying many golf courses especially Saratoga Spa State Park Course and Schenectady Municipal Golf Course. Frances taught business for the New Rochelle School System for many years until her retirement.
Frances was predeceased by her two sisters, Athena Kouray and Angeline Caperonis. She is survived by her nephew, Steven Kouray and his wife, Barbara and her niece, Katina Sarris.
Funeral service, Friday, April 3, 11 a.m. at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St. There will be an hour of visitation prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
