I will always remember the many Christmas nights when Jeff (Sherman) and I would walk down to 'the Goodwin house' to join the crowds that gathered there every year. We were always welcomed into the home with open arms whenever we stopped by, and I enjoyed hearing the many stories about what REALLY went on in the neighborhood when everyone was younger.
She and her husband were a wonderful team - always making us laugh and smile. She was a selfless person who was always focused on what she could do for others. I feel blessed that I got to meet her and enjoy so many years with her. So many memories she left with everyone to enjoy even after her passing!
