Peggy, my dearest Peggy, You were the best friend anyone could ever hope to have. You always kept it real. It was a privilege sharing 61 years of friendship with you. I will love you and miss you forever and ever. I can't help but smile thinking of your raucous reunion in paradise with Nana, Elle, your mom and dad, Eleanor and Chick...and your precious 4-legged pals. Patrick, Caitlin, Elizabeth, and Jack-You were blessed with a lifetime of love and devotion from your precious mother. I pray that the many memories of happy times with your mom will bring you peace. I want to send my deepest condolences to the children of Peggy Carney. First and most of all, your mom loved you and was so very proud of you! My sister, brother and I grew up with Peggy and we shared many years and great times.What I will always remember when I remember Peggy is how stunning she was. Tall, beautiful, kind with a great sense of fashion and a wonderful sense of humor! Recent years had their share of physical pain but my memory will always be of a full of life woman who was a dear friend of my family and a loving mom to her children. May she rest in eternal peace. Peggy always told it how she saw it and was the real deal. We shared lots of laughter and I always appreciated her support and advice. I’m most thankful for getting to know the Carney family and for my boys to be loved by Peggy and all of you. My heart is broken over the loss of Peggy and hurts for all of you. Peggy was and is so proud of you Cait, Patrick, Liz, & Jack. I knew about all of you before I met you and loved hearing all the updates and stories from your mom. She helped me become a better person and I am forever grateful. Sending lots of love and prayers to all of you during this devastating time.
