I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Ricky. I have nothing but wonderful memories of Rick. he was a terrific accordion player, a great friend, and had a wonderful sense of humor. I lived across the street in the 70's and played lots of games like kickball, baseball, tag, and football. He always played fair and followed the rules. He taught me poker, and we played many poker games when I was a young teenager. Rick used to take me to school in his 62 (63?) Chevy. He called it the 'Polish War Wagon' We also had a great time with fireworks in the summer. Rick used to tool around in a 1970 green Karmann Ghia. He changed the motor using a swing set to pull it out. The thing nearly bent in half, but he did it. Many times we went to Frenchies Hollow to go fishing and swimming. We never fought. I never had an argument with him. Rick was one of the nicest and best friends I ever had. He was always a hard worker and a great guy. he will always live in my heart. May he always rest in peace. I will miss him. Sincerely, Peter Hermance

I remember you Ricky as a very hyper nephew who was full of energy. Then you lost your way and I didn't know who you were anymore. To your family in this time of sadness may they see God in the faces of friends, hear him in their voices, feel him in the touch of their hands. May their help, caring and sympathy reflect His love and kindness at this time when they need Him most. May you be at peace now. With Caring Thoughts and Deepest Sympathy. Love, Aunt Bernie & Uncle Ray

MY deepest sympathies and warm thoughts are with you all at this sad time. Rit was a terrific neighbor and friend to grow up with on Alvey Street. He had a great sense of humor and truly loved cars and gave us rides to school when we needed it most! He was always ready to help anyone even if it meant taking time away from his parents who needed him 24/7. He was a positive fun guy who was kind and happy with all he knew in life. Thanks for being a super neighbor and friend!
