Jim was my landlord on 2nd ave, and he was the best land lord I've ever had. We turned out to be good friends and he was always so good to my son Justin. A friend and (Ed) I visited him at his camp, oh how he loved telling us how great it was and how much he loved it and I finally saw for myself. I moved only to be closer to other family and how I hated to go but saw Jim from time to time over the years or spoke on the phone every year or so until we all get so busy with family and drift away. Jimmy hooked me up with the right heart Dr. when I needed one and in the nick of time might I add (Art V.) My sympathies to Kathy and also his family and all of his friends.
