Dear Elaine,Bill and your families, We were so sad to hear of Phil's passing. We have been remembering some wonderful times: Sunday dinners, after Easter services meals, our church festivals, and for me meeting at school district events. He had friends at my school so he came to many of our staff parties. He will be missed. We enjoyed his good humor and how he cared for his friends. He was proud of his family.
