Karen, Wayne, and Johnny, We think of you often. When we remember Wayne we also remember all of you. When we remember Wayne we remember Johnny. We always felt lucky to have such nice boys as our neighbors. As the two of them grew up that never changed. So many high school aged kids are so caught up in their adolescence that they can't be bothered to say high or to talk to an older or younger neighbor. That was never the case with Wayne and Johnny. Karen and Wayne, you did such a wonderful job of raising two amazing boys. We will always remember Wayne and we will always remember you. We frequently think of Johnny and how he is doing. We know he has lots of friends and family, but we want him to know we are also here for him.

I haven’t seen Wayne Jr. since he was a little boy and he went to the daycare I used to work at. I remember him as a very well mannered boy. He always watched over his brother Johnny. I could tell how much he loved him. He was a good boy and he touched my heart. From what I’ve heard he continued being a good person as an adult. He’ll be sorely missed. My prayers go out to Karen, Wayne and Johnny. God bless!

My condolences on the loss of your son. Find comfort in knowing that you are in the thoughts and prayers of many in the community, even those that do not know your family personally. The outpouring of kind words about your boy is a true testiment to the difference that he made in the world during his short time here - that is a blessing! I pray for your strength at this difficult time. God bless you and your son as he makes his journey back Home to the Creator.

We would like to express our sincerest condolences. We understand the difficulty of losing a loved one. The Bible holds out many wonderful promises such as a resurrection hope, no more death, no more sickness.(John 5:28,29, Rev.21:4,) May you find such comfort in these promises.

Wayne was truly a kind soul. Throughout high school, he was someone who I could share some great laughs and good times with. He was someone who just emitted that type of energy that everyone wanted to be around. This is a hard time for all of his friends and family and people who looked up to him, but if we continue to look back on his life and remember the amazing impact he made in each and every one of our lives, I think it will help ease the pain. Fly high Mr. Best. - Aaron
